WORBLERS

These are called Worblers. They are used on the St. Clair River
to Catch Walleye. They deep troll them about a foot off the bottom.
They have proven deadly from the early 20s until now. They make a
real eratic action and a loud gurgling sound when being worked. It
drives Walleyes crazy. They were made in many versions over the years
in both wood and plastic. I have found them in all sizes.

These lures are a big part of Michigan and fishing in the Detroit area.
They are very desirable collectibles to those who appreciate their history.
Fisherman today still use them while the supply lasts but more and more are
getting scooped up by collectors every day.
